The Circle Of Life
This collection, Circle of Life, is a deeply personal selection of my favourite moments captured across the Southern Great Barrier Reef, documenting the extraordinary journey of the endangered green sea turtle. From the very first breaths of fragile hatchlings racing toward the sea, to the graceful presence of fully grown adults gliding through coral gardens, and finally, to the sacred return of mothers laying their nests on the very same shores where their own lives began—these images tell the complete story of resilience, instinct, and the timeless rhythm of nature.
Through years of observation and countless hours in the water, I’ve followed these ancient turtles across every chapter of their lives. This series is more than photographs—it's a celebration of survival, a tribute to the wild, and a reminder of the delicate balance that sustains one of the ocean’s most iconic creatures.
